Mr. Sanjay Goenka
Sanjay Goenka, FCA, is the Founder Director of Hebe Financial Services Private Limited. He has been actively engaged in guiding the company since 1993. Mr. Goenka has extensive experience in the field of Audit, Accounts, Taxation, Company Law affairs, Project Financing and Management Consultancy, among others. He has served as the Senior Vice President and Secretary General of Bihar Industries Association (BIA) - the leading body of industries in Bihar. He has also represented the Apex Committee for rehabilitation of Sick Units for over four years. He has served on the Board of institutions like the Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Limited (a Government of Bihar undertaking) and Paragon Finance Limited. He is also working as a Financial Expert for several NHAI road projects in India. His client base spreads across the length and breadth of the country, covering sectors such as Education, Industry, Infrastructure, Trade, Commerce and Finance. He is also an active member of Lions Club International and undertakes duties of public life and community service earnestly on both institutional and a personal level
Mr. Vinay Goenka
Vinay Goenka, CMT (USA), is a director at Hebe Financial Services Private Limited. He has a rich experience of 21 years in stock market operations & technical analysis. He is involved with stock, shares, commodity and mutual fund related activities of the company. The firm is associated with Lohia Securities Limited for share trading activities under his guidance. He also possesses a wealth of experience in Portfolio & Retail Investment Management.
Mr. Amit Kumar Soni
Amit Kumar Soni, Chartered Accountant, DISA (ICAI), has been associated with HEBE Financial Services Pvt Ltd. for the last 10 years. He strives to provide quality service in the area of financial projection, planning and analysis, project evaluation, loan syndication & restructuring works for various organisations. The firm is well geared to take up any professional assignments in these areas under his counsel. He has a fluent understanding of investment requirements of projects and provides recommendations based on IRR, DSCR, Sensitivity Analysis and application of financial ratios. He coordinates & assists investors and promoters to comply with statutory requirements, helps in identification of critical areas where business related controls require improvements and promptly resolves issues of project implementation. He monitors the project right from the planning to commencement phase and looks out to mitigate undesired issues ensuring project completion on time.
Mr. K. N. Sharma
A graduate civil engineer, he is associated with Hebe as a civil and architectural expert. His area of expertise includes planning and structural foundation design, silo design, machine foundations, geo tech analysis among others. He has over fifteen years of industrial experience and has worked with clients on various projects across a range of industries such as infrastructure, telecommunications, power and food processing to name a few. He is also associated with Patna Regional Development Authority (PRDA). He is a corporate member of The Institution of Engineers(India) and also a member of the International association of engineers.
Mr. Vijay Goenka
A mechanical engineering graduate from BIT Mesra, he is a consultant engineer at Hebe. He has over 25 years of experience in successfully managing manufacturing enterprises and has worked across sectors such as power and steel. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and is regularly engaged in the guidance and development of startups in Bihar. His immense mentorship experience and technical know how makes him the optimal guide for new ventures as well .
Mr. Mazher Imam
Mazhar Imam, MBA, is the Senior Finance Manager at HEBE and has been with Hebe for over two decades. He is a management professional holding more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, corporate planning, business management & consulting. He has been remarkable in administrative & commercial operations. He is a certified professional in computer programming from NIIT. He provides personalised advice for investment in equity markets, mutual funds and commodity markets backed by in-depth research and technical chart analysis. He is the person to rely on for identifying potential areas of investment, sectoral trends and prudent management of savings. He upholds maintaining a clear communication process while defining clients’ requirements and obtaining feedback post-advisory, and using this approach to enhance our services.
